Refund conditions
If a student decides to cancel their registration before classes begin, a partial refund of tuition fees will be made. The refund policy states that the later the cancellation occurs, the lower the amount refunded, in order to cover administrative costs.
Cancellation After Classes Start
Once courses have started, refunds are limited, except in exceptional cases such as serious illness or unforeseen family circumstances. Each request will be examined on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Procedure
Students wishing to cancel their registration must submit a written request explaining the reasons for cancellation. Details of deadlines and associated fees are clearly stated in the academy terms and conditions.
